In addition to all his well-known hits, “Light My Fire,” “Chico And The Man,” “California Dreamin’” in English; “Che Sarà” In Italian and “La Copa Rota,” “¿Porque Te Tengo que Olvidar?,” and “Que Será” in Spanish, and undoubtedly one of the greatest holiday songs ever recorded, “Feliz Navidad”, it should be noted that José was the first artist to ever stylize The National Anthem and perform it publicly. It was the first time The Anthem became a charted Top-40 Hit, where, once again, he opened the door for new generations of stylization.
