Never adhering to one particular scene or sound and never pursuing one particular technique or format, Jazzanova has acted as a DJ collective, a production house, a prolific remix team, radio programmers and presenters, and more. Constantly with one foot in club culture and the other in the live arena, Jazzanova’s creativity has flowed over the past two plus decades with notable releases including “The Pool”, “Of All The Things”, and “In Between”.

First single, “Creative Musicians” features remixed by Waajeed and Henrik Schwarz, making clear from its Afrobeat-inspired horn arrangements, drum track, and syncopated tempo ‘Creative Musicians’ takes a slightly different direction, retaining many of Jazzanova’s original elements while adding their signature sound to the mix, providing another dance floor scorcher.
With this new full-length project, Jazzanova have been invited to rework, reinterpret and reimagine some of the standout moments from Strata’s heralded catalogue. Bringing the flavours of Berlin (a city synonymous with electronic music) to the city that helped lay the foundations for what followed.
