Warren G is an American rapper, DJ, and producer known for his role in West Coast rap’s 1990s ascent. Along with Snoop Dogg and Nate Dogg, he formed the hip-hop trio 213, named for Long Beach’s area code. A pioneer of G-funk, he attained mainstream success with the 1994 single “Regulate”, a duet with Nate Dogg. His debut album, Regulate… G Funk Era, debuted at #2 on the US Billboard 200 chart, selling 176,000 in its opening week. The album later went on the sell over 3 million copies in the US and was certified 3x multi-platinum. The single “Regulate” spent 18 weeks in the Top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100, with three weeks at No. 2, while “This D.J.”, reached No. 9. Both songs earned Grammy nominations.

Bone Thugs-n-Harmony (formerly known as B.O.N.E. Enterprises) is an American hip hop group composed of rappers Bizzy Bone, Wish Bone, Layzie Bone, Krayzie Bone, and Flesh-n-Bone. The group was signed to fellow American rapper Eazy-E‘s Ruthless Records in late 1993, when they debuted with their EP Creepin on ah Come Up. The EP included their breakout hit single “Thuggish Ruggish Bone”. In 1995, the group released its second album E. 1999 Eternal, which included hits “1st of tha Month” and “East 1999”. Their hit song “Tha Crossroads”, a tribute to then-recently deceased mentor Eazy-E, won a Grammy Award in 1997. The group is regarded as one of the greatest hip hop acts of all time. Bone Thugs-n- Harmony is the only group that has worked with renowned American rappers 2Pac, the Notorious B.I.G., Eazy-E, and Big Pun while they were all still alive.
